Shipping expenses

 

In order to be able to offer to you the merchandise from LederToys

further for a price performance ratio favourable for you, we take the

liberty to place the following shipping expenses in calculation.

With dispatch in Germany:

- purchase order value to 50.00 EURO EURO 5.00

- purchase order value over 51,00 EURO EURO 7.00

- purchase order value over 200,00 EURO free of shipping expenses

For European orders the shipping expenses are overall 9.00 Euro.

For International orders the shipping expenses are overall 20.00 Euro

and/or dependent on the weight and the distance. As basis for

shipping expenses we use the valid tariffs of the German Post AG.

Bases and right of revocation

The company LederToys has the tendency to fulfill all customer's requests

fast, unbureaucratically and to your fullest satisfaction.

The performance and scope of supply exclusively determines itself thereby

according to following general terms of delivery and business.

At the time of your order the general trading conditions are valid which

observable apply on our web page. They can be downloaded or printed and

kept on your computer. From the following conditions we can recognize

deviating provisions only if these are confirmed by us in writing.

Their right of revocation

 

Two weeks period

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise supplied by us, you can return

your order at any time without indication of reasons within the legal period

of 2 weeks

Commencement of a term

The period of revocation begins with:

Receipt of the supplied merchandise. On contribution of a service with

the day of the contract conclusion. The period of revocation begins

however only if you received these customer information. If you should

not have received these, then the right expires for the revocation of the

contract finally four months after contract conclusion, with goods deliveries

four months after receipt of the commodity by the receiver.

Form of the revocation

 

The revocation can take place by post office or by E-Mail (Does not

have to be provided with a qualified electronic signature), by means of

another durable data medium or via return of the merchandise.

Exclusion of the revocation

 

The right of revocation does not exist for the lack of other agreements

and without prejudice to other legal regulations: with contracts for

the supply of goods, which are custom made and clearly cut to

the personal needs or are not suitable for a return due to their condition.

Consequences of the revocation

 

If you use right of revocation within the prescribed period, then you are

no longer bound to your declaration of intention directed toward the conclusion

of a contract with LederToys.

Completion after revocation

 

The right of revocation does not exist to the lack of other agreements and

without prejudice to other legal regulations: with contracts for the supply of

goods, which are custom made or clearly cut to the personal needs or are not

suitable for a return due to their condition. This applies especially for original

packed Dildos, clysters plugs anal plugs and mouth gags, which are unsealed

by the customer as well as to all hygenic products.

Of course we will completely return the payments made by you after

receipt of your revocation and the commodity in our warehouse.

Due to legal regulations you are obligated to carry the forwarding expenses

as far as a purchase order value is up to euro 40.00 of the return. With a

purchase order value over euro 40.00 we pay the forwarding expenses of

the return due to the legal regulations. Also if the legislator does

not prescribe this, we would like to ask you to send your returns free of charge
